All Sales Are Final However, we will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at support@apothikwickcandle.com and we will do our best to work with you on resolution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the candle is damaged/defective, please immediately email a photo of your defective candle, clearly showing your wick and/or damage to Support@apothikwickcandle.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All exchange shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

As with many other small businesses, we can not afford to offer a complete satisfaction guaranteed refund policy. We have learned over the years that sense of smell is very subjective, and although we really want to, we can’t make everyone happy and thank you for understanding.
